I just wanted to drop you a note to compliment you on your team in Carrollton. I have a 2003 Disco II that has been in your shop 3 times now. Each and every time I feel I have been treated more than fairly, from a financial perspective (especially as compared to some dealership experiences I have had the misfortune to enjoy).

What is more, I find the folks there to be class individuals who really know their stuff. Mike Ortiz is a great example - he is extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable - a great guy all around. It's fortuitous you have someone like him there to lead by example.

At any rate, I just wanted to drop a note of congratulations and thanks. I will be back as long as I own a car you folks are willing to work on - even tried to talk Mike into working on my wife's Ford.
