Terms and Conditions Details

• 

  Labor Rate

  Our labor rate is $99.75 per hour.

• 

  Shop Parts Pricing Policy

  Prices shown on our web sites are different than our prices charged for parts in our Repair Shops; our shop prices are generally higher. We will not honor "on line pricing" intended for the on line parts market in our Repair Shops.

• 

  Third Party Parts Installation Policy

  Our Repair Shops will not install parts purchased elsewhere, including parts purchased from our own online parts catalog or across our do-it-yourself parts counter at will call. All parts will be supplied by our Repair Shops for repairs on vehicles in our shops for repair.

• 

  Factory Warranties

  We are unable to honor Jaguar, Land Rover or MINI Cooper factory warranties. By law, our work on a vehicle in warranty does not void the Factory Warranty.

• 

  Extended Warranties

  We work with most aftermarket service warranties and the customer understands that there may be charges to be paid by the customer not covered by their warranty company.

• 

  Labor and Parts Warranty

  We offer a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor for new parts and remanufactured parts. We offer a 99 day warranty and 3,000 mile warranty on used parts.
