Here is information on preventing corrosion on your Cooling Fan Module:

1992-1994 Jaguar sedans are prone to batteries having a low state of charge due to their cooling fans staying on after the ignition has been shut off. The cause of this condition has been linked to corrosion in the cooling fan control module.

To repair this condition the corrosion must be removed from the control module. The real culprit however, is how the corrosion gets there. The corrosion is caused by water entering the ground wire cores and traveling inside the wire insulation to the module.

To prevent this from happening again, the ground wire eyelet connectors on the left inner front fender panel must be disconnected. The connectors then need to be sealed with heat shrink tubing to prevent water from entering the wires.
